 Has you dog been playing with a skunk or does he have fleas. We can take care of that smell and those pesky critters!

Add Teeth brushing  to be rid of that doggie breath and help keep your pets teeth clean! 

We are happy to express anal glands externally if requested.  If your pet is not having a problem, it is best not to have them done.

Add a Dremel to your nail trim to make those sharp edges smooth and get them just a little bit shorter than cutting only!

Things have changed where ear plucking is concerned. Vets are on the fence or in contradiction of one another. 

I will only pluck ears on request and am not liable for any infections, irritation or other symptoms that may arise from doing so.  

 Matting on your dogs coat can cause skin irritation, sores, and/or infection and discomfort to your dog. Charges for this are at the discretion of the groomer and will depend on how bad it is.

 To prevent friend sharing in our social environment, if we are not informed of a flea problem upon arrival, there will be a min Extra $20 per dog added.  Plus plus a flea bath $20

 If we need to pick, cut, pull shave or otherwise remove feces from your pet, there will be a charge.  

If my baths are done I wash the tubs out at 8:30 and I empty the shampoos at 9am.  If you are late to arrive with your pup, I will not turn you away, however there will be an extra cleaning charge. After the shampoos are emptied, there will be a reschedule and a no show fee. 

Please understand that grooming is not my only business. I am, most days, at work by 5am. Late pick up fees of $1.00 per minute will apply  after a clearly stated close time or 3pm.  I do try to text when your pup is ready and generally give a close time in that text as well.  They are long days, please be considerate. 

Please, If you are getting out of a car, you are required to take you pet to the grass to make sure that they have had a BM and a last pee. If you do not walk your dog first and  your pup has a full bowel movement within 1 hour of arriving, there may be fees.

Feces disposal is a available inside the salon as are bags. Be kind- pick up behind!

Please keep in mind that I book 2-3 months out. If you do need to reschedule your appt, I will do my best to accommodate within a reasonable amount of time.  Charges will apply for any extra weeks. 

Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows, are 100% of your base price prior to rescheduling. 

24-48 hours is 50% of base price prior to rescheduling. 

Next appt dates are given 6 weeks in advance as well as a reminder email the week before.
